Account Management at Latitude

Excellent customer service should be a top priority for any successful and thriving business. With that in mind, in 2016 Latitude implemented a new position of Account Manager, with Katie Gunia, in our Nebraska office. The main purpose of this position is to "bridge the gap" between our sales (Business Development Managers) and project management roles. The Account Manager works closely with Latitude customers as well as Latitude Business Development Managers to support project development and enhance the customer experience with Latitude.

Today, we have four Account Managers spread across the midwest ready to help. Pictured below are Kerri Wilcoxen, Katie Gunia, Andy Walter, and Ann Pauls.

Overseeing client needs, requests, and project coordination through the design, manufacturing, shipment, and installation phases are key to this position. This role has proven to be extremely beneficial not only to our customer base, but to our Business Development Managers as well, as it helps to provide an improved customer experience above what has been achieved through traditional business development or project management alone.

This improved customer experience includes:

• A primary and intimate contact for signage questions or requests
• Quicker turnaround time for quotes and orders
• Customized reports with production and installation updates

The Account Manager is involved on day-one of a project. This early involvement ensures that the Account Manager is well informed on project expectations, deadlines, and any special requirements from the beginning. This is important for any project to run as efficiently as possible.

At the end of the day, customer service is paramount to any other aspect of a successful business. Latitude strives to be the best in the architectural signage business and customer service plays an important part in reaching that goal.
